Skymint Travels provides assistance for flight booking, train tickets, bus reservations, hotel bookings, holiday packages, visa assistance, travel insurance and selected digital services including CSC, Aadhaar, PAN and utility payment services.
Cancellation, modification and refund policies are governed by the respective airline, railway, bus operator, hotel, insurance company or other service provider. Any cancellation charges or refund timelines are determined by those providers. Skymint Travels will assist customers with the process wherever possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet passport, visa, vaccination and immigration requirements. Where visa assistance is provided, approval remains solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or government authority.
Flights, trains, buses, hotels, insurance, government services and other facilities are provided by independent third parties. Skymint Travels acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes or service failures beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skymint Travels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from delays, cancellations, missed connections, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions or actions of third-party service providers.
We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, technical failures, transportation disruptions or civil disturbances.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the revised update date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bihar, India.
